Member Account & User Responsibilities

Each user is only allowed to hold one (1) active account only on the wira44 platform at any one time. Holding multiple accounts is a serious violation that will result in the closure of all related accounts and the forfeiture of any accumulated balances or winnings.

You are solely responsible for:

• Keeping your username and password confidential — never share your login credentials with anyone.
• All activity that occurs under your account, whether carried out by you or any other party who gains access through your negligence.
• Ensuring your account information is always up to date, especially your bank account number and payment details.

Members may also request to close their own account at any time via the account settings section or by contacting the wira44 customer support team. For voluntary account closure requests:

• Any remaining balance in the account will be returned once the identity verification process is complete, provided there are no active restrictions on the account.
• Any active bonuses that have not met the wagering requirement will be forfeited and will not be paid out.
• Account closure does not release members from any financial or legal obligations arising prior to the closure date.
